What length chains can I purchase?
We can supply chains up to 24" in length in most designs.  These chains are available in 2" increments and increase in price by £2 accordingly.

Am I able to swap a chain for a different style?
Yes you can but you will need to contact us directly so that we can advise you if it's available and if there is any change in price.

Is all the silver jewellery on your website sterling silver?
Yes everything we sell is sterling silver.

Is all the sterling silver jewellery hallmarked?
Most of our jewellery is hallmarked, however, should an item be under 7g in weight, it is not compulsary for it carry a hallmark.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered to me?                                Your order will take around 7-10 days to reach you.  It is sometimes quicker than this, however, if it is likely to take any longer to fullfil your order then we will contact you immediately.
