Simply click on a product image to get a more detailed description and to view a larger image. When you have selected a product you would like to buy, use the 'add to cart' button to add the product to your cart. You can then access your cart by pressing 'checkout' on the left hand column.  Once you have added a product it shows you the quantity, title and subtotal of any product you have put into your cart. Placing your order Once you have found the items you wish to buy and have added them to your cart, you can begin the checkout process by clicking on the 'checkout' link in your cart. If this is the first time you have ordered online from zingdesigns.co.uk, you will be asked to enter the following information before you can complete the checkout process, your email address, a password, your payment card address and your payment method. If you already have an online account with zingdesigns.co.uk, simply enter in your email address and password. Once you've entered this information you will be taken to the 'Place your order’ page where you can review or change your order details. When you are ready to complete your order, click the 'place order now' button and you will be sent to the Paypal secure payment page. You will be sent a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Complaints Please fee assured that we are here for you and we will always endeavour to resolve any complaint that you may have.  Your complaint issues will always be dealt with in a confidential manner.  Any complaints should be forwarded to alison@zingdesigns.com.uk and we will acknowledge your complaint within 10 working days. In respect of credit/debit card issues we may have to pass your complaint onto Paypal.  You can be sure that we do not see or hold your card details at any time. Your Details If the personal information we hold for you changes or you no longer wish to receive our marketing services, then we will correct, update or remove any personal data that you wish.  To request a change please email us at info@zingdesigns.co.uk.  We confirm that your personal information and data will not be disclosed to any third parties. Secure Payment zingdesigns.co.uk accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo and Maestro. All purchases made online are entirely safe and secure.  We have guaranteed secure payment, verification, validation and authorisation through Paypal. When placing an order all of your payment details are encrypted so that the details you enter cannot be read or accessed by Zing Designs or any third party. On some occasions we are required to perform additional security checks which may in some cases delay the order until the card has been verified or authorised. We at zingdesigns.co.uk reserve the right to cancel any order that we deem to be suspicious or when the details provided do not match the security details held by the card issuer. Returning an item Should any purchase be faulty or not required, please return the item within 7 days to the address below.  We reserve the right to charge you an administration fee should this be necessary.
